PASTOR CHARLES A. TILLMAN, SR.
Dr. Charles Tillman, Sr. currently serves as National Black Ministries Facilitator, Virginia District Black Ministries Director and Senior Pastor of Richmond Woodville COTN since 2003. He is the former pastor of Memphis Friendship COTN and Richmond (IN) New Life COTN. Ordained in 1984, Tillman has served 38 years as a senior pastor.
Rev. Tillman has earned an Associate's degree from the Nazarene Bible College, Bachelor's degree from Indiana University East and a Master's degree in Student Personnel Administration from Ball State University. He Has achieved "All but Dissertation" status in Higher Education Administration at The University of Memphis (TN). In May 2019 Tillman was conferred with a Doctorate of Divinity degree from the Nazarene Bible College. Dr. Tillman is a pastor's pastor, a counselor and an educator. He is a spirit-filled expositor of the Word of God and frequently speaks at revivals, retreats and camp meetings throughout the US.

Dr. Tillman is married to the Georgia Mae Hudson for 39 years. They have 3 adult sons: Charles II, Jonathan and Adam.
